You may receive a Gen 2 or Gen 3 Roam, pending availability. All rentals include unlimited data for the entirety of the rental.
The first steps in the rental process are to read and sign the rental agreement.
Next, proceed to ID verification where you'll need to upload a government issued ID and a "selfie" that matches - this is most easily completed on a phone or tablet.
Lastly, there will be 2 payment processes to complete - first the deposit. This deposit is refunded immediately after the equipment is returned and tested.
Finally, you can complete the rental purchase - make sure to select the correct number of rental days as the quantity.
Rental days do not include transit days, as long as the device is shipped out on the final day of the rental there will be no additional charges or loss of deposit.
